During our 2008 'Geography & Arts Fortnight' Year 2 learnt about North America.  At the end of the fortnight the children took part in a performance to show some of the things they had learnt.  Below are some clips from this event; press play to watch them (the video will open up full screen).

Re-watch the North American Dance

Re-watch the North American Song

Throughout the two weeks the children enjoyed lots of different workshops.  Videos from some of the workshops are below, on the left hand side.  When you press play it will load up 'full screen'; when the clip has finished the page will return to normal.  If you wish to stop the video playing in 'full screen' press escape while you are watching it.

To hear the children talking about the workshop, you can listen to the sound files that are on the right!
