Hawkinge Primary School was established in 1879 with a roll of 19 children. As the village has developed, so has the school, and it now has a roll of 289 children from an intake that includes the parishes of Hawkinge, Acrise, Swingfield, Densole and Paddlesworth. Our Mission Statement is: At Hawkinge Primary School we encourage the whole child to reach his or her full potential and acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and values for life.
